Keystone Engineering recently hosted an on-site pre-bid meeting at Barringer Condominium in Indialantic, marking another key step in the property’s restoration process.
Pre-qualified restoration contractors joined members of the homeowner association to tour the site and review existing project conditions firsthand. This walk-through allowed contractors to visualize the specific areas requiring repair and gain a deeper understanding of the scope of work, which was previously defined during a structural inspection conducted by Keystone Engineering.
During the meeting, attendees had the opportunity to ask questions, clarify technical details, and discuss logistics – ensuring transparency and alignment before the bidding process begins.
With both the written project manual and the insights gained from the on-site meeting, contractors will now have the information needed to prepare accurate and competitive bids in the coming weeks.
Keystone Engineering is proud to support a clear, informed bidding process that promotes quality workmanship, fair competition, and strong collaboration between all parties involved.
