Scope of Work:
From the demo of the balconies to the new balconies installed and painted! Keystone Engineering provides detailed progress reports to the board and submits the needed inspections to the various building departments as required.
DURING THE DEMOLITION
Remember the pics from the demo being at every other floor? Notice the fenestrations were protected.
DEMO DONE - FORMS PLACED
The demo was completed and the forms were placed! Protection was lessened at the fenestrations!
BALCONIES TEXTURIZED
As the weeks go by we see more progress, here we see the balconies were textured.
RAILING PREP
Preparing for the railings! The protection at the sliding glass doors has been removed! Back to those great ocean views!
