Keystone Engineering continues to serve as the Owner’s Representative for the three-building roof replacement project at River Lakes Condominium in Cocoa Beach. Each of the three buildings is in a different phase of completion. As construction advances through each phase, Keystone remains committed to ensuring all work is completed in accordance with manufacturer specifications and project requirements while supporting the Association through every step of the process.
Keystone Engineering and Consulting will continue to serve as the Owner’s Representative for the roof replacement project until all three buildings are complete. Keystone has previously provided River Lakes with the State-required milestone report and guided them through a complex-wide concrete restoration project.
