Jamestown Ceremonial Sledgehammer and Ribbon Cutting

Keystone Engineering proudly joined Jamestown board members Dan, Jackie & Barb, CRI contractor rep Paul Dupre, architect Lois Torvik of MelD, and our very own Jim Emory to kick off the Jamestown Restoration Project – with a ceremonial sledgehammer ribbon cutting!

This 60-year-old coastal community is about to undergo a major transformation. With severe structural damage from decades of saltwater intrusion, the 12-building complex will be completely restored and modernized – featuring:

✅ New impact glass windows & doors
✅ All-new stucco and coastal-inspired finishes
✅ A refreshed architectural look that replaces the dated brick façade

We’re honored to lead the structural restoration and help bring this iconic community back to life – stronger, safer, and more beautiful than ever.
